Abstract :
For modern measurement instrumentation, the standard measurement converter for AC electric power and/or voltage and current RMS values has certain limits in performance. It is analog by nature and has no possibilities of auto calibration, online error correction and direct communication with computer. The intelligent multichannel converter overcomes these limitations. In this paper the converter is described together with some test results.
