Abstract :
Most electromechanical filters are bulky and nonintegrable. Only two of them are compatible with integrated circuit technology: the resonant gate transistor and silicon beam filter. In this paper the lumped equivalent model of two coupled silicon beams is presented. The model is used for the determination of natural frequencies and transfer functions of the structure.
