Abstract :
There is always a difference between the true value and the measured one. The uncertainty states the range of values within which the true value is estimated to lie. This paper details the characteristics of a simulator based on spherical near-field measurements. The tool is integrated in a user friendly environment and allows evaluating straightforward the effect of electrical uncertainties in the main antenna parameters by obtaining statistical parameters such as mean, standard deviation, probability distribution.
