Abstract
The design of broadband active-compensated amplifier system is an important problem in microwave systems. In this letter, low noise amplifier have been simulated and interpreted for RF front end systems in digital wireless ISM band communication systems. The system performance is evaluated using peak detector and therefore input output compensated circuits have been controlled with PIC using suitable inductor, capacitor, and varicap diodes.
