Abstract :
The proposed paper deals with an optimization of a temperature calibration system in terms of stability, measurement uncertainty and calibration time. The system consists of two liquid baths for the temperature range between -80°C to +290°C. An algorithm for analyzing maximal stability of calibration media was developed and a dedicated micro controller unit designed. Digital processing of temperature data was studied in order to optimize accuracy of measurement versus calibration time and temperature gradient and differential measurement. The system was analyzed by Spice simulation
