  • Abstract
    Design of mechanical robot construction evolved simultaneously with the development of humanoid robot control software. Author works in his scientific work on constructing a robot with similar to human-motor possibilities. The paper describes an idea of backbone application in robot construction. The model of the robot “backbone” was based on human spine. The model contains reduced amount of relative DOF (degrees of freedom).
