Abstract :
The success of the e-learning offering depends on it´s quality. There is no standard quality model in e-learning, therefore the unique model used in the case study is presented. The SMEs Go Online project aimed to build up competitiveness of small and middle sized enterprises (SME), by offering e-learning courses for their employees in computer and e-business knowledge. Evaluation of e-learning system was focused on the review of participants´ opinion of the complete course and their satisfaction with achieved knowledge. We can conclude that SMEs Go Online project was successful, for participants assessed it very positively, however with help of results, we will concentrate on identifying and correcting insufficiencies in the future to raise the quality in the next iteration of development.
