Abstract :
The paper describes a CMOS Integrated Circuit, designed for interfacing a Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM), featuring a full signal processing architecture containing Pole- Zero Cancellation circuit, Peak detection and Hold together with the coincidence recognition and the Analog to Digital signal conversion. The converted digital value corresponds to the number of photon stimulating the SiPM device. Preliminary results of the chip measurements are presented and the functionality of the chip is also explained.
