  • Abstract
    In this paper general measure and criteria of opinion of status of human -technical systems have been described. Advantages of potential-effective interpretation of diagnosing have been shown. Prepositions of measure and opinion criteria in diagnosing, forecasting, and generating of status of all elements of human -technical system have been able to apply.
