Abstract :
Doppler ultrasonography is an evaluation method which gives information about blood flow velocity and vessel diameters and can be applied without disturbing patients. In this paper, a general purpose blood flow phantom based on ultrasonic doppler measurements is designed to help early and correct diagnosis of vessel diseases. Doppler signals obtained from our phantom are analyzed using signal processing techniques and compared with other studies in the literature.
