Abstract
In this paper qualities of methods for testing dynamical parameters of A/D converters with poly-harmonics signals are analyzed. As source for these signals amplitude and frequency modulation signals are used. These signals are often used in radio engineering. Results of test in time and frequency domain (Effective Number of Bits, Total Harmonic Distortion, Signal Non-harmonic Distortion, Spurious Free Dynamic Range, and Intermodulation Distortion) are compared with standard results of Sin Wave Fit and FFT test methods.
