SMBots - An Architecture to Manage Dynamic Services Based on SMS

This work proposes an architecture called SMBots that allows web service providers to make their services available through SMS targeting low-end mobile phone users. The main idea consists of allowing developers to plug their web services in an SMS infrastructure in order to make them available on the fly to mobile phone users. Using OSGi as the framework to handle those pluggable applications, SMBots allows the providers to publish their services to low-end devices access through SMS.
