Abstract :
A realization of the highly concentrated distributions (S-class of distributions) is proposed. This class of distributions may be treated as a variant of the L-class of distributions, but it may satisfy unbiased energy condition, time marginal, as well as the frequency marginal in the case of asymptotic signals. Theory is illustrated by examples.
