Abstract :
This paper presents a set of computer programs that can edit, compute and visualize formal concept data. The main purpose of the OpenFCA project is to enable the visualization of large databases of concepts through its web-based Conflexplore application. The project also contains a tool for computing concepts from large contextual databases, using state-of-the-art algorithms for concept computation. Some details of how the software works together with a few relevant examples are presented in the paper. A basic theoretical background is also included.
