Abstract
Software Configuration Management is a critical component of the application development process that interacts with different organizational elements. Paper presents configuration and change management process model for telecom research and development organization case study. An impact of introduction of iterative and incremental framework for agile software development is analyzed with the emphasis on configuration and change management process. Possible problems are identified and SCM process tailoring framework is explored for identification of specific process elements and their relationships to project artifacts.
