Abstract :
this paper devises an automatic production system based on gas-film Spinning form technology for producing herbal cake of Chinese Medicine plaster. Its technical feature is that sponge circle is made by spinning clipping craftwork with a structure of backsword, and gas-film spinning forming technology is devised to solve the question that die is always agglutinated with medicine body its automatic control is realized using CCD, Photo-electricity senor, etc for information gathering. The result of production has shown that the automatic production system possesses a good practical value in production.
