Abstract :
The vibration measurement synchronization between wireless sensor nodes and with rotor revolution frequency of a supervised machine is necessary for diagnostic methods such as: operational modal analysis or operational shape deflection. This paper presents the review of existing methods for obtaining a discrete vibration signal whose sampling instants are synchronized with an angular position of the machine rotor. Moreover, the wireless vibration diagnostic system, which has been designed and constructed in the Department of Microelectronics and Computer Science at the Technical University of Lodz, is also described. The solutions enabling the synchronization of a vibration measurement with rotor revolutions are implemented in this system together with a radio transmission of information on phase marker.
