In the development of software or information systems exists some properties and characteristics that can be improved and consequently increase the performance of development in a project. In this paper is proposed an approach of a recommendation system that will allow choosing the most appropriate software development methodology for a custom project from a set of characteristics like cost, time, number of employers, etc.
