Build an automatic measurement system to achieve a precise and rapid non-contact measurement on the inner surface of the gasifier, based on the laser measurement technology. The program of the system can give 3D graphics of the measured data. The scanning density of the system can be set or adjusted as needed. The measured data of the laser displacement sensor are transferred by wireless data transmission technology because the scanning head rotates. The system is used in Shanghai Coking and Chemical Corp, and its practicality and reliability has been verified.
