On company law application problems of foreign-invested enterprises

How to complete control the related law of disputes settlement principle of foreign-invested enterprises, and to study the law application problems of foreign-invested enterprises after the implementation of new company law has become an important topic of research significance. This paper analyzes and researched the relationships between foreign investment law and company law, and law application changes of foreign-invested enterprises after the implementation of new company law. This paper also discusses the conflicts between foreign investment law and company law and the law approaches to solve this problem.
