Appropriate medical laboratory technology for Developing Countries

By the time the world is looking forward to new inventions, people in developing countries are still using rudimentary tools and methods because of poverty, ignorance, selfishness and dictatorship. To enjoy new technologies, there is need in developing countries to adapt the proposed list of basic laboratory equipments and technologies to their various realities governing their health delivery systems.
