Abstract :
A method of non-linearity evaluation for small resistances by the use of determination of the level of intermodulation signals is described. The apparatus for the measurement was developed from a previous type [1]. After several years of evolution, the device can measure small resistances powered with 2 Amps and an inherent signal to noise ratio of 180 dB.
