Abstract
The paper is focused on the application of new generation of ICT in education of children of pre-school and elementary school age. The necessity to use new specific pedagogical approaches and methodology is presented. The conception of ICT environment for e-learning based on IMS NGN architecture including the IPTV subsystem, as well as the specific interfaces including voice controlled human-computer communication/interaction is discussed in the paper.
