  • Abstract
    In this paper, examples regarding the exceptional cases in the rules identified for the inflection of Turkish verbs are given; then, additional syllable-based rules for the position of stress in the inflected verbs, are identified. These rules and the software library implementing them, are considered to be useful especially in text-to-speech synthesis studies.
