Abstract
In this paper, a new universal current conveyor, which is designed by using floating gate transistors (FGMOS), is proposed. By using FGMOS transistors both the input stage of the circuit providing the arithmetic calculations is getting simpler also the linearity range is increasing due to the properties of FGMOS differential amplifier. Simulations of the proposed circuit were made by using SPICE and it has seen that the simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
