  • Abstract
In this study, Electromagnetic radiation measurements of 150 base station and high voltage power lines in the city of Bursa Nilüfer district is completed in a collective project. The measurements are performed across the base antennas and at the nearest living area for total values of medium. The appropriate antennas and frequence-selective spectrum analyser are also used where they are needed. The values of Electromagnetic radiation (EMR )measurements are given in the tables and figures. In the view of obtained measurement results, safety limits are discussed to minimize unintentionally exposed EMR levels by the public for today and in the future. Finally, this paper recommends a sample level model to decrease exposure limits which is established by Turkish Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTK) in our country.
