Abstract :
In this paper, a new differential voltage current conveyor (DVCCCII), which is designed by using floating gate transistors (FGMOS), is proposed. By using FGMOS transistors both the input stage of the circuit providing the arithmetic calculations is getting simpler also the linearity range is increasing due to the properties of FGMOS differential amplifier. It can be said that the simplified structure of the circuit, providing high linearity, will provide new facilities for circuit design in the field of analog signal processing. Simulations of the proposed circuit were made by using SPICE and it has seen that the simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
