Abstract :
Direct laser writing of microoptical structures using a germanium-containing hybrid photopolymer is reported. Experimental results on structuring micro-optical components using hybrid materials is presented. These are prisms and aspheric microlenses. Possibility to integrate microoptical component on a tip of the fiber was shown.
