Abstract :
In the paper we demonstrate use of the computer modeling as a tool for study of the real technological processes. For this purpose, we present the software application that we programmed for study of the soaking which belongs to tannery operations of the raw hide treatment. The software application is destined for computing of the concentration field of unbound undesirable component removing from the pelt during the soaking thereby it enables to obtain prompt basic information about the process course for required conditions of the mentioned process. The computed data are suitable for control and optimization of soaking.
