Abstract :
AC parameters and characteristics of AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructures fabricated by the Laboratoires d´Electronique Philips and the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences have been measured and compared. In the frequency range from dc to 3.2 kHz, approximately linear frequency dependences of the quantized Hall resistance R/sub H/(2) were found for both heterostructure types, the slopes of these dependences being -0.25 ppm/kHz and -0.21 ppm/kHz, respectively.
