  • Abstract
    This paper deals with the problem of modelling aircraft movements in geodetic coordinates. The proposed reference model is based on the WGS-84 framework and employs loxodromic and orthodromic models of uniform motions, curvilinear manoeuvres and uniform change of altitude. The properties are illustrated using simulations.
