Abstract
Project management, measurement and control systems are the issues that the paper below focuses on. The article includes following topics: the importance of project management (Chapter II), the concept of the new project management methodology (Chapter III), four pillars of the methodology (team organization, life cycle, time management, processes) (Chapter IV), description of the experiment that has been conducted (Chapter V) with use of presented project management methodology and TDD methodology and assessment of the result (Chapter VI). The experiment proved that the methodology to be highly usable in measurement and control systems environment.
