Abstract :
In this paper different ways of planning the radio resources within an LTE network are analyzed. All simulations were carried out by 3GPP recommendations. SFR, SFFR and HFFR radio resource management are compared to R1 and R3 radio resource management. An optimum way of planning radio resources in LTE network is proposed at the end of the paper.
