Abstract :
Accurate measurement of magnetic field with integrated Hall element is presented. The aim of the paper is to present accurate coil current generation for high precision magnetic field measurement. Detailed integrated coil composition is presented as 2D and 3D layout view. A self-calibration method is introduced and key building blocks of the ASIC are analyzed. Simulation results and measurements proving the expected results are shown.
