            Abstract :
In this paper, we deal with the problem of through-wall tracking of moving persons by the ultra-wideband (UWB) radar network. The core of this problem consists in the wall parameter estimation and their application for wall effect compensation. We outline practicable, low-complex and effective methods for that purpose. Their performance is illustrated by the signal processing results obtained for the experimental scenario where a person is tracked by the two-nodes UWB radar network sensing through the walls with dissimilar parameters. The experimental results demonstrate also improved performance of the described network in comparison with a single radar device.
