  • Abstract
The electronic payment methods expanded with the development of information technology. Using online payment methods offers numerous advantages, both for the financial institutions providing this type of service and for its users, such as reducing or eliminating transfer fees, increased possibilities of comparing offers, eliminating risks of direct transfer. As the system developed, the risks of direct attacks upon the supporting infrastructure with disastrous consequences increased considerably. Classic methods cannot solve the problem of identifying cyber criminals for bank fraud. The objective of this paper is to create a trap-system against information offenders of bank frauds, using the methods and patterns of artificial intelligence. Such a system shall prove its efficiency thanks to its usage in creating rule-based expert systems.
