Abstract :
The electronic structure of perturbed superlattice of the Bragg-confined resonant structures type in presence of a perpendicular magnetic field is discussed within the effective mass approximation. The influence of the magnetic field on properties of Bragg-confined states is analysed for both the conventional structures, and those relying on the effective mass modulation only, and positions of bound states lying in minigaps are determined. Peculiarities of bound states crossing the magnetic field induced zero energy gaps in effective-mass structures are also discussed.
