Knowledge based opamp filter synthesis with optimization of maximal pole-Q-factor

The filter design theory is very well established in many textbooks and is available through canned numeric software, but decision is usually by the designer. A new approach is proposed based on computer algebra systems. An auxiliary parameter is introduced in order to minimize the maximal pole-Q-factor.
