Abstract :
In this paper were investigated static and dynamic characteristics of integrated radiation thermopile sensor Heimann TPS 535, incorporated in module TPMF2. Series of experiments of cooling the black body were performed and linearization of integrated radiation thermopile sensor output voltage was accomplished within /spl plusmn/1.5/spl deg/C. At the same time, experimental determination and modeling of the dynamic characteristics of black body heating and self-cooling was performed. Also, time constant of the sensor was determined from the step response to the fast interruption of the heat-beam.
