  • Abstract
    Two new current-conveyor-based voltage-controlled oscillators (VCO), convenient for CMOS integration and with grounded control voltage, are presented and analyzed. Circuits are implemented in integrated CMOS technology. High frequency pulling coefficient and broad operating frequency range (20 MHz) are obtained.
