Abstract :
By the end of May 2011 all National Regulatory Authtorities within EU had obligation to transpose European regulatory framework 2009 in their national legislation. One year after the deadline some of the countries still have not completely transposed new European framework, however in the countries that have transposed European Directive 2009 implementation of this articles in ordinances showed to be biggest issue. Croatia was one of the first countries that has transposed European Directive 2009 and started implementation. This paper brings challenges and issues in implementation process of articles regarding customer protection in Republic of Croatia. It shows how major complaints were reduced with the implementation of these measures.
