Abstract :
We developed a new chemical procedure for the fabrication of TiO2 dielectric microspheres. We also proposed an elegant way to evaluate of the effective dielectric permittivity and magnetic permeability of single-layer films made of independent resonators. The resonant magnetic response of was observed in the THz range. Experimental results are in agreement with simulations.
