Abstract :
Measurement and Monte-Carlo simulations of THz photoconductivity spectra of CdS nanocrystalline films revealed a strong coupling between adjacent nanocrystals. Investigation of ultrafast dynamics provides information about initial sub-picosecond carrier cooling and subsequent carrier recombination.
