Abstract
Cognitive science is a proposal for new discipline of scientific research into human brain to reveal the origin of mind. As it joins the efforts of specialist of many disciplines: information scientists, biologists, psychologists, neuroscientists and philosophers, one can justifiably ask whether it is really a new science or a kind of meta-scientific enterprise. The authors claim that, at least at the present state of advancement, it is still only a program for new science.
