Introducing national quality of supply (power quality) standards the South African experience

This paper reviews the lessons learned in developing and introducing the quality of supply (QOS) standards for the South African electricity supply industry and in particular describes rationalization of the measurement of QOS parameters from an electromagnetic compatibility perspective.
