Abstract :
In this work, we observed strong two-photon excitation fluorescence signal from GaAs and InP NWs grown on glass substrate. The multi-photon microscope gives us the possibility to see in 3D the distribution of the two-photon excitation fluorescence signal. Studied NWs may be interesting contrast agents for multi-photon imaging of biological tissues.
