Abstract :
Troposphere communication channel is constantly changing at random, the changes are determined by many factors beyond the control of the user. Communication NLOS (No Line of Sight) between the transmitter and the receiver is disturbed resulting from reflections from obstructions, signal deflection or distraction. This results in fluctuations in the amplitude and phase of the received signal, called short fading (multipath fading) [1] [2]. In addition, the quality of data transmission on a radio channel is significantly reduced due to the so-called. Technical noise produced by man as a result of intentional action (conducting activities radio electronic combat) and unintentional. To counteract this type of phenomena are various methods which will be discussed in this paper. Presented by radio uses the phenomenon of scattering of the transmitted signal in the troposphere for communication between two points on the earth´s surface. Presented practically connectivity type NLOS (No Line of Sight) provides connectivity between points on the earth´s surface spaced from 60-150 km.
