  • Abstract
    Describes an automatic real-time HF signal classifier which has been implemented at extremely low cost with standard hardware. The classifier allows automatic recognition of the following types of received signals: unmodulated carrier, double sideband amplitude modulation (AM), single sideband voice modulation (SSB), binary FSK, multichannel FSK, binary ASK and noise. Those are the basic emissions in the HF band.
