Abstract :
The paper proposes the improvements for Max C/I Ratio method, which is used in the LTE downlink. These improvements resolve problem of the resource scheduling in the situation where some user with high SNR uses all available resources. We propose to operate with composed type 0 type 1 resource allocation methods. The general goal is to increase user experience by managing resource block scheduling.
