Abstract :
In this paper, we present an optimization design model for protecting an IP over MPLS over DWDM three-layer network. We propose optimization mechanisms at each layer while considering the technological constraints of each layer. The algorithm for multilayer telecommunication structures calculation based on linear programming with diacoptic method has been presented. It´s shown that proposed algorithm allows to optimize multi-layer transport network, taking into account the mutual impacts between the network layers.
